14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy worldwide. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition as when you received it. Please keep the original packaging whenever reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is also required.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Custom & Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products made specifically to your requested measurements or specifications may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

Gift cards and items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or improper handling are also not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
